Menu Plan for the Week

This week's menu is going to be pretty simple:

1. Tacos using the leftover chicken and rice. I'll serve them with a salad and fresh fruit.

2. Grilled pasture fed new york strip steak, baked sweet potatoes, and another vegetable of some kind.

3. Eggplant parmesan and pasta with a side salad.

4. Baked fish, roasted potatoes and fruit salad.
